Thank you for your support of Intentional Rising and Becoming H.E.R. We are honored to be part of your journey.

Order processing times

All physical copies of Becoming H.E.R. are printed on demand. This means your book is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

For in-stock items, please allow:

• 3–7 business days for production
• 3–7 business days for shipping within the United States

Total estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Preorders

If you purchase Becoming H.E.R. as a preorder, your book will ship once production is complete and the book is officially released.

Estimated preorder shipping timeframe: Spring 2026

You will receive email updates throughout the production process and a shipping confirmation once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We currently ship within the United States and internationally.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Estimated delivery time: 10–21 business days after production.


Incorrect shipping address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Intentional Rising is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or delayed packages

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at jenfestpod@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
