Thank you for your support of Intentional Rising and Becoming H.E.R.
Because each book is printed on demand and produced specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in excellent condition.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• A photo of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns and eligibility
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect address entry, or buyer’s remorse due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.
Each copy of Becoming H.E.R. is produced specifically for the customer at the time of order, which means items cannot be restocked once printed.
Preorders
All preorder purchases are final. By placing a preorder, you reserve your copy in advance of production.
If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, please contact us at jenfestpod@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Digital products
All digital products, including ebooks and downloadable resources, are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement rather than an exchange.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
